The annual MotoGP race in Indianapolis injects a sense of youth and excitement into the racing world’s most hallowed venue. Every year, the historic oval is transformed into a 16-turn, 2.621-mile road course, equaling about 7,783 linear feet of graphics around the track and temporary walls.
We worked in conjunction with Red Bull’s European design firm to create, print, and install a look worthy of being the backdrop to 200 mph action. The installation and graphics were well received. So much so in fact, that Sport Graphics is the only company to ever gain permission to place graphics on the turns at IMS.
